Project Brief

This project involved the redevelopment of an existing surface car park on the quay side in Dungarvan, The works entailed the demolition of the existing quay wall and rebuilding of same to suit a new car park layout whilst providing a viewing deck for the harbour and its hinterlands. The enhanced Car Park facility benefits from cast iron street furniture, cobble lock paving a modern art sculpture and a special feature in limestone set paving marking the exact location of the original St John’s Castle Wall complete with turret.
