Project Brief
The construction of a 2,500 sq ft home in the heart of the beautiful seaside village of Ardmore. The works involved the construction of retaining walls using a pre cast panel system designed and developed by Terra Nua. As the site is bounding on an existing 18th Century Church Wall, our retaining wall system enabled us to underpin the Church wall with pins almost 5 metres deep. Once the ground had been stabilised we were able to construct a new dwelling using a blend of both traditional and contemporary styles. The build used only the highest quality materials in conjunction with the most modern construction techniques including a solar generated hot water system and under floor heating This was a fully managed turn key project.
