Project Brief

To renovate and extend an existing 1980s three bed bungalow, to create a new four bed contempory home, with feature south facing sunroom and extended living areas. The project involved the construction of five different extensions to the existing structure, new roof, Alu-clad feature windows, re-shaping of the internal layout to maximise light, space and functionality. The design of the new residence succeeded in maintaining the privacy and maturity of the existing generous urban garden area.
