Project Brief

The construction of a 3,500 sq ft home on the site of an existing farm house and yard. The works involved the demolition of an existing farmhouse and out buildings and the construction of a high quality home using the highest quality labour and materials. Leitrim Sandstone was used on the front elevation and entrance wing walls, and the cavity walls have 150mm of blown insulation, floor to ceiling level generally 2750mm with fibrous plaster cornices and mouldings. The house also boasts a 1400 sq ft garage to the rear.
