Project Brief

To Construct two town houses on an infill site adjacent to a busy main artery feeding the town of Dungarvan. Access to the site was restricted on three sides, and as the site is an infill site, this meant that the houses had to be built and finished from the back of the site working out to the street. This fully project managed contract resulted in the Client having two turn key units which have been finished to a very high specification with features including under floor heating, glass block walling, fitted kitchens, and landscaped gardens.
