Project Brief

Roof replacement works and repairs to external envelope. The works involved the complete replacement of the original 1850s roof coverings and timbers to the front of the property, and the replacement of ground floor roof to the rear of the property. These works had to be carried out while the retail premises at ground floor continued to trade for the duration of the works.
