Terra Nua are pleased to see the progress being made in regard to the new Construction Contracts Bill 2010, which was passed by the Seanad in March 2011. Terra Nua also supports the CIF submission in regard to the required amendments to this Bill which has been made to Minister Brendan Howlin and Minister Brian Hayes on this very important piece of legislation.
